Incurvation
I am generally inspired by the nature of the glass, there are so many aspects to explore, but there is a moment with the glass when it still has movement, it is soft, it can fall, crease, form in such a way…….. It is like that perfect line in an abstract image capturing that pure moment of movement.
Undisturbed
The human form physically expresses emotions through body gesture and posture. These gestures are often a result of external influences and how the body mostly reacts to these incidents instinctively and unconsciously. In my most recent work my aim has been to emulate the pure and innocent nature of the embryonic and foetal forms.
